Keep noodles frozen until ready to use. Store in the freezer at -18°C or below, where they will stay fresh for up to 3 months. Once thawed, consume within 24 hours and do not refreeze.
To enjoy, you can either thaw and eat the noodles as they are or warm them by adding directly into your preferred sauce or soup. For the best flavour, mix them into a hot broth or sauce to allow the noodles to absorb the seasoning.
